Solomons Flooring Toowoomba is a locally owned and operated family business whose focus is on delivering the best products, service and installation to our customers, we pride ourselves on being the best in the business. 

Successful applicant must be driven, friendly, approachable, reliable, have a positive attitude & should be passionate about interior home design. Excellent customer service skills are a must. You will be required to liaise with new and existing customers to help them choose the correct products for their home. Work out builders & renovator house plans. Provide exceptional shop at home service whilst measuring and drawing to scale plans. Liaise with installation team & other sales team members.

What we are looking for:

  • Positive attitude & amazing customer service skills
  • Honest, reliable & self motivated
  • Experience in flooring, blinds and curtain sales
  • Proven ability and Confident at achieving sales targets
  • Competent computer skills
  • Confident clear spoken and written English with good punctuation and grammar
  • Able to follow up and complete quotes in a timely manner
  • Close sales with confidence
  • Pack and organise deliveries
  • Physically able to load and unload heavy products (up to 25kg)
  • Receive and follow policies and procedures
  • Work as part of a team
  • Drivers Licence required
  • Forklift licence a bonus
