Job description:

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Scheduler to join our Pacific Service team. In this key role, you'll help drive operational efficiency by coordinating technician schedules, managing customer communications, and supporting service operations. Your efforts will ensure a seamless experience for both our internal teams and valued customers.

To ensure the efficient delivery of Planned Maintenance services by coordinating schedules, resources, and communications. The role focuses on maintaining compliance, maximizing technician productivity, and providing a seamless customer experience through proactive planning and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule all Planned Maintenance activities monthly, allocating work to resources and prioritizing safety, compliance, and customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders by providing ETAs, attendance details, and managing rescheduling or absenteeism promptly.
  • Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate and complete data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction by scheduling recovery work.
  • Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review technician and subcontractor performance, identifying training needs and documenting non-standard events.
  • Support interdepartmental communication between Service, Sales, and Technical Support, handle related administrative duties, and prepare maintenance reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within administration or scheduling of a field-based workforce. You will be looking for career longevity and possess the following skills:

  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software (e.g., ServiceMax)
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-interaction team environment
