Job Description

  • Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks tailored to business requirements.
  • Lead the development of secure and scalable IAM solutions for enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices and standards.
  • Analyse and address security risks related to identity and access management.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IAM systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document architecture designs, processes, and system configurations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging IAM technologies.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful IAM Architect/Lead Should Have

  • Proven expertise in identity and access management solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing IAM frameworks in enterprise settings.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.
  • Technical leadership experience within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity.
