Description

  • Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Okta.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other business systems.
  • Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities related to identity and access management.
  • Provide technical leadership on IAM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of IAM systems, making improvements as required.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance IAM strategies.

Profile

A successful IAM (Okta) Architect/Lead should have:

  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing Okta solutions.
  • A solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience with integration of IAM solutions in complex environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
  • Relevant certifications in IAM or Okta (preferred but not mandatory).
