We are looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of GOOGLE PRACTICE LEADER, focusing on FSI DXC Google Cloud opportunities. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the Google business, formulating our market approach, guiding FSI customer interactions, crafting high-level cloud structures, and executing full-fledged cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.

As the key technical consultant for DXC and our clientele, you will drive intricate cloud transformation projects, supervise the provision of GCP AI/ML services, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Services, and DevOps automation. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical guidance and strategic engagement with C-level customers, providing exceptional visibility and impact.

Scale Google Cloud Practice

• Define and execute GTM strategies for Google Cloud services across priority industries and customer segments.
• Develop differentiated solution offerings and accelerators aligned to Google Cloud capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and alliance teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion.

Customer Engagement & Architecture Leadership:

• Lead customer discovery sessions, technical assessments, and solution design workshops
• Serve as primary technical advisor and trusted consultant for enterprise customers during cloud transformation journeys
• Design end-to-end cloud architectures that align with business objectives and technical requirements

Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery:

• Lead complex, multi-workload cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud solutions using Google Cloud Well-Architected Framework principles

Architect scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructures for mission-critical workloads

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering and solution architecture, with 4+ years in customer-facing leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformation projects ($1M+ project value)

Google Cloud Platform Expertise:

• Deep expertise across comprehensive GCP service portfolio including:
• Compute & Containers
  : Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine
• AI/ML & Data
  : Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer
• Networking & Security
  : VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Armor, IAM, Security Command Center
• Advanced experience with Google Cloud cost optimization, billing, and resource management

Technical Leadership Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, and configuration management tools
• Advanced programming skills in multiple languages: Python, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or .NET
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API design, and microservices architecture

Required Certifications:

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
  (mandatory)
• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
  (mandatory)
