About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You'll help bring our games to market by managing efficient and transparent workflows, coordinating and communicating across teams, and ensuring our marketing assets are always polished and on point.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – 90,000 AUD, commensurate with experience. As a fully remote organization, we welcome applicants from anywhere, allowing you to contribute your expertise without the need for relocation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing assets (trailers, copy, key art, social content, storefront assets, etc.) for two major campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across internal teams (developers, creative, senior executives, social, community and storefronts) and external partners and stakeholders (platforms, licensors, agencies, and media).
  • Track and maintain workflows for reviews and approvals with clear and visible processes to hit deadlines, ensuring assets and approvals stay on schedule.
  • Support campaign rollouts across in-person events, press, social, community, partner channels, and influencers.
  • Help maintain the highest level of brand standards and creative consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Assist with documentation, analysis and reporting, and the overall communication and coordination to keep our marketing efforts running efficiently and successfully.

Skills/Qualifications

  • You live and breathe games, and you're passionate about Halfbrick's games.
  • 1–3 years of experience in games, entertainment marketing, or project coordination.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to create systems and processes for managing multiple moving parts.
  • A keen eye for detail – you'll learn the required brand guidelines by heart and review all assets with an eagle eye.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Miro, JIRA, and asset management platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive.
