About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help reshape how Australians experience their homes. Working with our leading European design houses and established global sourcing partnerships, you'll play a key role in building our brands and driving market growth across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across our diverse brand portfolio
- Create compelling brand narratives that resonate with Australian households
- Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities across our cooking, refrigeration, laundry, and outdoor product categories
- Collaborate with retail partners including major chains and independent retailers
- Conduct comprehensive marketing research to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for brand positioning
- Work closely with our product development team to launch new ranges
- Support our UK market expansion and global growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with brand building and product launches
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics tools
- Customer-obsessed mindset with attention to detail
