What You'll Do

As our Project Manager, you'll be the go-to for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple ongoing digital projects. You'll work closely with creative, dev, support, and marketing teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Your day-to-day:

  • Build and manage project timelines with precision
  • Assign and track tasks across teams using our PM tools
  • Lead daily stand-ups and weekly syncs
  • Coordinate with team leads to align deliverables and deadlines
  • Flag risks, blockers, or delays before they become problems
  • Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely updates
  • Escalate and resolve issues to keep momentum going
  • Analyze team workflows and suggest improvements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in digital marketing or creative project management
  • Experience juggling priorities across multiple departments
  • Strong grasp of PM tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Microsoft 365, and Figma
  • Excellent written/verbal communication (U.S. English)
  • Calm, clear, and confident under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Comfortable using AI or automation to boost efficiency
  • You're not just a task tracker—you're a problem solver
  • Must have an American Accent.
