Our Client

Our client is a privately owned company with a track record of over 20 years of providing quality allied health services.

With a growing team of permanent and contracted Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Psychologists, this company's footprint is growing on Australia's east coast.

This Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager Eastern Australia will be responsible for this company's operations in NSW and the ACT.

You will play a crucial role in building and running a high-functioning team, overseeing the operational performance of the company, ensuring it meets outcome results, quality metrics, legislative compliance and financial performance.

This will also be a growth focused, external facing role, engaging with the company's many key stakeholders and driving business development initiatives.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys the responsibilities of leading and growing operational teams, creating great cultures and building businesses.

Ideally, you will have a background in OT, Physiotherapy, Psychology or an aligned health discipline.

You will also be passionate about continuous improvement and service excellence and not afraid to mix your strategic leadership with getting into the weeds when necessary.
