The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of on-site delivery, working alongside Project Managers, contract administrators, and an experienced site team. You'll drive safety, quality, and program outcomes while building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor site teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Oversee subcontractors and daily site operations
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ and company systems
  • Deliver high-quality projects with minimal rework
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution
  • Resolve challenges proactively to maintain program and budget

About You

  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects $50M+
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proven ability to drive site teams in a high-performance environment
  • Knowledge of WA construction standards is ideal (but not essential)
  • Trade background highly regarded
  • Experience with systems such as Aconex and Hammertech desirable
