About the role

IBE Metal Fascia & Spouting P/L is seeking a full-time Factory Hand-Rollform Operator to join our dynamic team in Bayswater, VIC. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our rollforming equipment, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality metal fascia and spouting products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operating and monitoring rollforming machines to produce metal fascia and spouting
  2. Performing routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  3. Identifying and resolving any production issues or equipment malfunctions
  4. Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control procedures
  5. Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a machine operator or factory hand, ideally in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
  2. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
  4. Good communication and teamwork skills
