1. Factory Labourers (No experience needed)- Full-time work, Monday–Friday (stable hours, no night shifts)
- Flexible starting times available (early or later starts)
- Hands-on training provided – learn valuable manufacturing skills

2. Leading Hands / Factory Supervisors
- Help organise daily workflow on the factory floor
- Supervise and support a small team of workers
- Ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Hands-on work as needed to keep production moving
- Full-time role, flexible start times, overtime available

- Willingness to do hands-on factory work
- For leading hand roles: some experience in a factory, construction, or manufacturing environment is helpful
