We are seeking a motivated and energetic Graduate Assistant Factory Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to develop their career in factory operations, production management, and client liaison within the manufacturing industry.

About the Role:

As a Graduate Assistant Factory Supervisor, you will work closely with the Factory Supervisor and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our factory. The role requires someone who is proactive, active on the floor, and confident in maintaining strong communication with clients. You will be trained across various aspects of production, quality assurance, scheduling, and workplace safety, with a clear pathway to grow into a supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Factory Supervisor with overseeing daily production activities.
  • Support coordination of workflow, resources, and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor quality control and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain positive communication with clients regarding project updates, queries, and delivery schedules.
  • Be actively involved on the factory floor, providing hands-on support where needed.
  • Contribute to creating a safe, efficient, and client-focused workplace.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as directed.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Recent graduate eager for career progression
  • Strong interest in production, operations, and client service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general systems use is a must.
  • Active, motivated, and willing to take initiative on the factory floor.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of WHS standards will be highly regarded.
  • White card is preferable but not essential
