As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in our recycling processes, contributing to the efficient and effective operation of our facility. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Operating various machines and equipment used in the recycling processes
- Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards and specifications are met
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials, parts, and finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Completing all necessary documentation and record-keeping related to production activities
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the machine operations or recycling industries
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools and power tools
- Forklift licence is preferred
