Workfast is looking for Experienced Factory Handsto join our team in a plastic PVC manufacturing team in Laverton North VIC.

Location: Laverton North, VIC Shift Time: 6am to 2:30pm Pay Rate: $32-35 p/hr + OT and Super About you

Candidates must have 2+ years experience as a Factory Hand, Production Assistant or Machine Operator. Candidates must also be reliable, hardworking and physically fit. Attention to detail, effective communication and the ability to be on one's feet all day is essential to success in this role.

What you need

  • 2+ years factory labouring experience
  • Machine operating experience beneficial
  • Forklift License beneficial
  • Physically fit for manual handling work when required
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Happy to be on your feet all day
  • Looking for long term work
  • Own transport/ability to get to work

What you will be doing

  • Working in a PVC bends and Fittings manufacturer.
  • Factory labouring
  • Dispatch labouring
  • Factory labouring and other duties where required
  • Manual handling and lifting when necessary
  • Any duties assigned by the foreman/site manager or team leader
