About the Role

As Factory Floor Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our production floor. This hands-on leadership position requires someone who can organize, delegate, and oversee manufacturing processes while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coordinate, and supervise daily factory operations.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to factory staff to meet production targets.
  • Train and oversee staff in manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure production efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Maintain project deadlines and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Operate production machinery and assist with manufacturing processes as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform administrative management duties and report directly to the Company Manager.
  • Troubleshoot issues effectively to minimize disruptions.
