Your Main Goal:

Help us bring in more clients and grow our business across our service regions

What You'll Do:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients in Newcastle, Hunter Region, Central Coast, Sydney, and Coffs Harbour
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to increase client base
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for expansion
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery
  • Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in facility management or related sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on growth and expansion
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans
