Serving the Newcastle, Hunter Region, Central Coast, Sydney, and Coffs Harbour areas, our dedicated team is driven by excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your Main Goal:
Help us bring in more clients and grow our business across our service regions
What You'll Do:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients in Newcastle, Hunter Region, Central Coast, Sydney, and Coffs Harbour
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans to increase client base
- Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for expansion
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent service delivery
- Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new clients
Qualifications:
- Proven success in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in facility management or related sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset with a focus on growth and expansion
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable plans
