Disability Support Worker (Female) – Gosford/ Central Coast.

Hourly Rate: $35 – $45 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for experienced, caring and reliable Disability Support Workers Female to join our team in Gosford. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and flexible environment.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
  • Support clients to engage in community activities and achieve their personal goals
  • Provide companionship and build positive relationships
  • Encourage independence and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate notes and records
  • Be available for a variety of shifts including day, evening, weekend and sleepover shifts
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in disability, aged care or community support
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services or similar (highly regarded)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
  • A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
