Nextt are seeking a passionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in WilliamtownAs a trusted NDIS provider across Australia, Nextt is seeking dedicated and compassionate disability support workers to deliver compassionate and essential support tailored to individual needs.

About the roleOur client requires consistent support to manage the long term effects of an extremely severe traumatic brain injury, which has resulted in a range of cognitive deficits. Supports are focused on promoting daily functioning, building routine, enhancing independence, and providing gentle prompts, redirection, and emotional reassurance throughout daily tasks and interactions.

Shifts

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Sunday - Tuesday: *11:00pm - 7:00am*

Pay Rates

E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL) 

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):  

  • Base hourly rate: $35.15
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
  • Saturday: $49.21
  • Sunday: $63.27
  • Public holiday: $77.33

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
  • Working with Children Check (Current)
  • Australian Driver's License
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
  • First Aid and CPR (Current)
