Join a passionate and growing team dedicated to making a genuine difference in people's lives. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Female Support Workers for ongoing shifts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in support work
- Certificate II or higher in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
- Must own a reliable car and hold a valid driver's licence
- Comfortable assisting with SCIG, insulin pump setup, and oxygen therapy
Must have the following current certifications/documents:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
Additional Considerations:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia (citizens, residents, or valid visa holders)
- Strong English communication skills are essential to meet client needs
- A good understanding of Australian culture and values is highly regarded, as it helps support alignment with client expectations and preferences
