Looking for a role where you can launch your career, build real skills, and be part of something exciting?
We're a fast-growing data software company transforming the way the real estate industry connects and operates. Our platform, ID4ME, helps professionals access and manage data faster, smarter, and more securely - and we're now looking for a driven Junior Customer Success Associate to join our team.
This is an entry-level role designed for someone energetic, people-oriented, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to onboard clients, deliver engaging platform demonstrations, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. You'll become the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps users get the most from our technology.
What You'll Do
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and customer onboarding sessions
Respond to customer enquiries with care and professionalism
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on client needs
Identify opportunities to introduce additional data solutions
What We're Looking For
Some exposure to real estate (a plus, not essential)
A solid customer service background
Confident communication and presentation skills
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine interest in tech or property
