AGRF provides the gateway to a national network of essential genomic technology, expertise and innovation through our main laboratory operations located at the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre in Melbourne, and laboratories located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.

What You'll Do:

As our Customer Success & Sales Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our Inside Sales team, driving client satisfaction, supporting sales execution, and ensuring every interaction is seamless, strategic, and successful. You will be required to: -

  • Be the go-to guru for our Bronze-tier clients—managing inbound/outbound sales and building lasting relationships.
  • Power up our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track, report, and optimize every client touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Clinical Specialists to align strategies and smash sales targets.
  • Lead with empathy, ensuring every client feels heard, supported, and valued.
  • Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling like a pro.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, or client success.
  • A love for systems—especially CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Stellar communication and multitasking skills.
  • A client-first mindset and a drive to deliver excellence.
  • Bonus points if you've got a background in genomics or lab services
