We're on the hunt for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist, a hybrid role that combines Level 1 Support and Inbound Sales.
You'll be the first friendly voice our clients hear, helping them troubleshoot, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling supported, informed, and valued.
At the same time, you'll learn how to identify opportunities, nurture inbound leads, and contribute to sales growth, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You don't need to come from a tech background; we'll provide full training and development across both support and sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver world-class customer service through chat, phone, and email support
- Assist customers with platform setup, troubleshooting, and product questions
- Identify sales opportunities through great conversation and product knowledge
- Support inbound leads and convert them into happy, long-term customers
- Collaborate closely with our Support, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Maintain accurate customer data and communication notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Continuously learn and grow your product knowledge and soft skills
