Director of Customer Success

We're partnering with a global software business in the tax and accounting space that's looking for a proven
Customer Success leader
to take ownership of retention, renewals, and customer lifecycle management across the APAC region.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ Customer Success professionals focused on renewals and subscription retention.
- Develop and execute retention strategies, re-engaging lapsed customers and driving product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the customer journey.
- Champion digital-first engagement and continuous improvement across customer success operations.
- Monitor key metrics such as renewal rates, pipeline health, and customer satisfaction to inform strategy.
We're looking for:
- 8+ years' experience in Customer Success, Retention, or Sales Leadership within SaaS or software.
- A proven track record driving renewals and customer value in a complex, matrix environment.
- Experience managing large teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and expertise in tools like Salesforce or Power BI.
- A collaborative, customer-centric leader who thrives on driving change and impact.
