Customer Operations – Reverse Logistics Coordinator
 to join our fast-paced and high-performing Customer Operations team.

About the Role

As our Reverse Logistics Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the critical return process for life-saving medical goods. Working closely with hospitals, drivers, and customers, you'll make sure every return is coordinated quickly and efficiently, overcoming challenges along the way.

What does day-to-day involve:

  • Liaise with customers, drivers, and hospital staff to coordinate prompt returns of medical goods
  • Build strong relationships with hospital teams to improve future success
  • Navigate complex return logistics and ensure timely collections
  • Accurately record all details in Smartways systems
  • Escalate collection issues to customers when necessary
  • Participate in quality improvement projects and uphold the Smartways standard

What we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or contact centre role (logistics experience a bonus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable taking accountability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, web-based tools, and ERP systems
  • Availability to be rostered between 
    8:00 am – 6:00 pm
    , Monday to Friday
  • A quick learner with a curious mindset and a professional, engaging phone manner
