The opportunity

We're looking for a Product Owner to lead agile delivery teams and shape the future of our digital platforms. This is a high-impact role where you'll work across business and partner systems, helping to define and deliver user-

focused digital experiences. You will get exposure to global digital transformation initiatives & have the opportunity to innovate and shape our digital roadmap.

Your new role

Key aspects of your role include:

  • Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, designers, developers, and other Product Owners to build and optimise digital assets, onboard key partners, and support the execution of our value stream roadmap.
  • Play a key role in communicating progress to executives and facilitating quarterly squad planning.
  • Be part of agile teams to deliver digital solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Define product vision and roadmap, prioritise backlog items, and manage delivery plans.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including broker development teams.
  • Support onboarding of international broker partners and cloud integrations.
  • Happy to talk flexible working.

Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, 2 interviews (either face to face or online via Teams), and background checks.

About you

We're looking for someone who thrives in a digital environment and enjoys working collaboratively in agile squads.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a digital setting.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, integrations, and APIs.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and presenting to executive forums.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and contributing to business cases.
  • Cloud integration experience is a bonus, but not essential.
