The Role

As a Client Partnership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining regional clients and key strategic partnerships to contribute to business growth. In this role, you'll become part of a passionate and collaborative team of Business Development Consultants supporting clients across Victoria. This role will see you on the road, so you'll need to be comfortable travelling anywhere in Victoria to meet business needs.

With a strong focus on the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, you'll work closely with childcare centres to provide tailored training solutions that support their staff. You'll also have opportunities to engage with the Aged Care sector, broadening your network and impact.

This is a Hybrid role thatwill see you out on the road most days, managing your own schedule, developing new business, engaging in face-to-face client meetings, coordinating enrolments and nurturing existing clients. You'll also be required to attend a team meeting at our Southbank office once a month on a Wednesday.

The successful candidate will hold a current driver's licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be prepared to travel statewide within Victoria.

Do You Have What It Takes?

YOU will be a driven self-starter with a strong sales background. You understand client needs and have a proven track record of winning clients and growing business opportunities. This will be achieved through establishing and building relationships via direct business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) engagement.

Your previous experience in a similar role or working in a Business Development role in another sector will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships in industry to manage large and diverse clients to achieve your goals and objectives.

Essential Criteria/Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (minimum 2 years)
• Drive to consistently achieve targets
• Flexibility to travel anywhere within Victoria as needed.
• Outstanding communication skills
• The ability to build successful long term business relationships
• Excellent time management skills
• WWC Check
• Drivers Licence/Reliable vehicle

Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care and Aged Care
• Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector
• Qualifications in Business or Education Sector
