THE ROLE: HEAD OF CLIENT LEADERSHIP

We're searching for an exceptional Head of Client Leadership
. You'll be the driving force behind our most important client partnerships, ensuring excellence in delivery while building long-term strategic value.

As Head of Client Leadership, you will elevate strategy, execution, and innovation across channels while building deep, trusted client relationships. You'll inspire and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of specialists, ensuring they deliver best-in-class work while growing their capabilities. This role combines leadership, strategy, client growth, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day client success.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Client Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Serve as the senior contact for key clients, embedding yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Run quarterly and annual business reviews with clients, showcasing performance, innovation, and future opportunities
  • Translate client business objectives into actionable multi-channel strategies across paid media, creative, SEO, programmatic, CRM, and influencer marketing
  • Provide hands-on oversight of performance data, challenging and guiding teams to continuously optimise
  • Identify and pitch new initiatives, pilots, and innovations to drive client growth
  • Manage client escalations with a solutions-focused approach, protecting and strengthening relationships
  • Champion integration of the agency's proprietary technology into client strategies, ensuring measurable added value

Team Leadership & Development

  • Directly lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (media, creative, performance) to deliver excellence
  • Be actively involved in campaign planning, creative reviews, and performance deep-dives
  • Set clear standards for output and ensure best practices across planning, execution, and reporting
  • Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training to grow future client leaders
  • Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and knowledge sharing
  • Support resourcing decisions, hiring, and succession planning to strengthen team capability
  • Lead by example - hands-on in media strategies, creative briefs, and reporting QA where needed

Agency & Product Elevation

  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to refine and evolve agency solutions
  • Partner with internal product and technology teams to embed proprietary tools into client work
  • Act as a role model for raising the quality of thinking and delivery across the agency

Thought Leadership & Influence

  • Publish and present agency POVs on trends, platform changes, and the future of digital marketing
  • Drive internal training sessions and workshops to lift strategic and executional capability
  • Represent the agency at industry events, roundtables, and across our global network

New Business & Agency Growth

  • Lead strategy for high-value new business opportunities, bringing cross-channel thinking to life
  • Actively participate in pitches, demonstrating deep performance marketing expertise
  • Identify new sectors and opportunities where the agency can deliver impact

KPIs

  • Client Performance
    : Achievement of KPIs (ROAS, CPA, engagement, brand growth), client retention, NPS scores
  • Client Growth
    : % revenue growth from existing clients (cross-sell, up-sell, service adoption)
  • Team Development
    : Staff retention, progression, and feedback on leadership effectiveness
  • Operational Excellence
    : % of work delivered on time and error-free, adoption of best practices

YOUR EXPERTISE ARSENAL

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing across multiple channels (paid media, creative, SEO, CRM, influencer, programmatic)
