About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director Client Partnerships, you will support the Client Relationships team in their endeavours to drive engaged and meaningful partnerships with Converge's clients. The role will work with the client relationships team to ensure policy and contract adherence, maintain and develop current relationships, win new opportunities and support cross selling.
Duties include:
• Development of Client engagement strategy
• Focus on satisfaction, retention and growth
• Project management and execution
• Oversight of team portfolio management, focus on internal benchmarks, response times, issues resolution
• Risk, Compliance & Process Oversight
• Contract and pricing management
• Cross sell identification
• Coach, develop and mentor staff to accomplish organisational and personal goals, taking action that respects the needs and contributions of others
• Management of behavioural concerns
• Provide direction, advice, and support to team members with a focus on setting clear performance objectives and KPIs
• Provide leadership regarding professional knowledge, skills and competencies required by staff
About you
You will be an accomplished senior account/business management leader with a history of managing a high performing team and growing account relationships in a face-to-face sales environment. To be successful in this role, you will have these skills, attributes and experience:
• 5+ years' experience managing and motivating customer-facing teams 5+ years' experience in management, min of 5 direct reporting lines
• Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations, systems integration
• Strives to meet goals successfully with exceptional attention to detail
• Work in a manner reflective of organisational values and expected behaviours.
• Contribute to the achievement of organisational direction and goals.
• Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Skilled in CRM systems
• Skilled in reporting interpretation and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence team dynamics
• Demonstrate flexibility consistent with business requirements, including occasionally working additional hours and receiving communication outside ordinary working hours as required.
This role involves travel to metropolitan and regional locations.
