About the role
In this role you will build strategic partnerships with major new and existing clients across all sectors including business, enterprise, government, health and education sectors. The Senior Partnership Manager brings a highly skilled depth of experience to enable high touch support for complex accounts.
This includes strategic planning, proactive relationship and engagement building, sharing of insights and identification of opportunities, solution selling techniques, internal collaboration and proposal development.
Duties include:
• Build and manage the customer relationships to ensure retention and optimise the commercial business between Converge and a large suite of medium sized - large businesses.
• Utilise a proactive strategic approach to nurture client relationships and achieve sales, growth, and retention targets.
• Successfully promote key initiatives to clients to promote engagement.
• Generate leads from new and existing clients.
• Facilitate strategic annual strategy planning to understand client drivers, environmental impacts, and evolving capabilities and to set an annual business plan that is the foundation of the partnership.
• Facilitate intermediate quarterly review cycles to review KPI delivery, explore environment change and identify opportunities for improvement/evolution.
• Maintain strong positive relationships within client portfolio.
• Collaborate with SMEs in Strategic Solutions to identify, develop and execute solutions support client's needs.
• Development and execution of periodic customer campaigns and customer retention planning
About you
You will be an accomplished senior account/business management professional with a history of growing account relationships in a face-to-face sales environment. To be successful in this role, you will have these skills, attributes and experience:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in senior customer account / business management
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with large national business and enterprise clients
• Advanced strategic sales skills across a range of modalities and platforms (phone, email, digital etc)
• Advanced business acumen with the ability to communicate with business executives at major accounts and provide strategic support.
• Exceptional sales mindset with the ability to harness opportunities for client growth
• Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strives to meet goals successfully with exceptional attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Allied Health or Human Resources would be highly regarded
This role involves travel to metropolitan and regional locations.
