What you'll be doing -

  • Reporting to Head of Commercial, and working closely with regional commercial team and HQ Marketing
  • Supporting the Head of Commercial in conducting meetings, negotiations and closing the contracts.
  • Identifying new opportunities and maximizing potential returns.
  • Preparing Sales/Marketing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty program by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Building the annual Marketing Promotional Calendar and marketing budget.
  • Co-ordinate printing of all marketing collateral.
  • Execute and perform Lounge audits to ensure all signage meets brand guidelines and campaigns are implemented.
  • Co-ordinate with designers to deliver briefs including point of sale, print advertising, eDM, digital banners, premium gifts, brochures to support Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Prepare Customer Survey summaries on a regular basis.
  • Majority of work in marketing operations while there are some opportunities in commercial marketing too.
  • In charge of media, advertising and related marketing events.
  • Drive partnerships and other ancilary revenue opportunities.

About you:

  • 3 years or above experience in Marketing Role
  • Relevant degree in Marketing/business major
  • Strong stakeholder management and possess sharp business acumen
  • Able to work in a diverse environment and prepare to travel from time to time
  • Creative, innovative and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent project management and time management
  • Having a confident and outgoing personality
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Power Point, Adobe, Excel)
