We are Seeking a hardworking and motivated Manufacturing Mill Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and quality controll process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our feed mill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the feed mill
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload raw material and finished products
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulation and procedures
  • Monitor product quality and report to supervisor when issues arise
  • Support other team members as needed to meet production goals

Requirements of successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to operate and maintain machinery in a timely manner
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime
