Hi-Light Pty Ltd

Full Time - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join the Manufacturing team at Hi-Light. This full-time role is based in our factory in Central Bendigo, where you will play a key part in the assembly and production of our premium security products in Crimsafe.

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the assembly and production of premium security products such as Crimsafe & Security Doors.
  • Operating various factory machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to complete production tasks
  • Completing tasks in a timely manner with a high attention to detail
  • Occasional driving of company vehicle to local suppliers
  • Occasional work on site with Installation staff
  • Receiving of goods inwards to the Factory
  • Overtime through peak season
  • Working within a team environment as well as independently
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
  • Competent use of hand & power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and instructions
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Self-motivated & driven to work effectively & efficiently
  • Attention to detail and quality control
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain one
  • Full driver's license (Manual preferred but not essential)

The successful applicant will be reliable with a strong desire to achieve a high quality and attention to detail in the production & assembly of Security products. Police check required upon being successful
