Wholesale Client Administrator
to support our advisory and operations team and help us scale with quality.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end administration for wholesale client matters, including onboarding, compliance support, and liaison with external providers. This is a critical role that keeps the business running smoothly and ensures our client service is second to none.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation for wholesale clients
- Maintain CRM accuracy (XPlan, Worksorted or similar)
- Prepare and manage client documentation and compliance records
- Liaise with fund managers, accountants, and investment platforms
- Assist advisers and paraplanners with client file preparation and follow-up
- Track and support regulatory reporting requirements
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience in financial services
- Knowledge of wholesale client structures, SMSFs, and investment platforms
- Experience with financial planning software (XPlan, Worksorted or similar)
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a small team
