**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer to manage the admissions administration across our 11 homes. No aged care experience is necessary This role will see you liaising with families to provide quotes and agreements for their loved ones coming into care.

This is a **part time position working 20 hours per week across 5 days**, ideally 10am to 2pm. There is flexibility on the specific hours each day however you must be available to work the full week Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**
- Discuss and explain in detail the financial obligations of aged care with the consumer or representative
- Compilation and distribution of the residential agreement and ensure return of executed agreement before admission
- Support and backfill of the Admissions Coordinator role
- Administration support to the Client Services Manager and Group Client Services Manager

**Skills and Requirements**
- Experience with Microsoft at an intermediate level
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with financial data
- Ability to understand legislation and policy documents
- Demonstrated high level of customer service and communication
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and show empathy
- Current police check (vulnerable/ aged care specific less than 12mths old)
- COVID vaccination
