ASRM Group Australia operates a National Training and Education Centre (RTO), with Security Operations, Risk Management and Human Resources services with locations in Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. We currently service a range of clients which include the Security, Hospitality, Construction, Entertainment, Retail and Medical industries. Due to our continued expansion, we are currently seeking to fill the following positions:

- **2x Full time Administration staff to join our Victorian team based at our Bentleigh office.**:

- **1x Quality assurance officer to join our Victorian team based at our Bentleigh office.**

- Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed.
- Impeccable personal presentation

- Have previous experience working in an administrative role.
- A good understanding of Microsoft office software
- Ability to learn new computer programs / software (to operate our internal SMS, Rostering platform and CRM)
- Be available to work Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm

**The role will involve a combination of the following tasks**:

- Reception and Student administration tasks
- General office administration duties
- Onboarding new recruits and conducting interviews.
- Administration tasks to support the Security Operations team and RTO senior management.
- The QA will require formal certification or previous experience in auditing and compliance to be considered for the Quality Assurance role.

**The value of the role**:

- All positions are full time.
- Salary on offer will range from $55000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
- Superannuation is payable at 10.5%.
