Financial Planning & Analysis and Audit Analys
t, you will work closely with the Head of Finance – ANZ, supporting key aspects of financial planning, performance tracking, audit coordination, and process improvement that will make a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector
.You will
- :Support the monthly managerial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting up to EBITDA leve
- lPrepare and maintain budget vs. actual variance analyses with actionable insights for stakeholder
- sContribute to the design and implementation of scalable, efficient finance processe
- sMaintain internal finance documentation, and continuously improve templates and reporting tool
- sCoordinate the preparation of financial statements and audit deliverables, working closely with external consultants and auditor
- sEnsure compliance with internal controls and assist with the timely resolution of audit querie
- sWork cross-functionally with teams including commercial, operations, and HR to gather data and inputs for forecasting and budgetin
- gDevelop dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide real-time insights into business performance and assist in preparing executive-level presentations, such as the Regional Business Review (RBR
