We're Beaches Strata, an independent strata management firm on Sydney's Northern Beaches — and we're growing fast. We're looking for a
full-time Assistant Strata Manager
to join our Brookvale team and help us keep our buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Support the strata manager with meetings, agendas, minutes and correspondence
  • Track compliance items (AFSS, lift registrations, pools etc.)
  • Coordinate quotes, inspections and contractor works
  • Assist with levy management and invoice approvals
  • Keep digital records tidy and up to date
  • Provide professional, timely responses to owners and tenants

What you'll bring

  • 1–2+ years' experience in strata, property or administration
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-first mindset and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Australian working rights
