Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strata management
  • Class 2 Strata Management Licence (or currently working towards)
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach
