The Brookvale Hotel in Brookvale and The Time and Tide Hotel in Dee Why are part of The Irvin Hotel Group. The Hotels feature Bars, Bistro, Gaming, Tab and bottle shop.

We are looking for hands on Casual and Full Time Assistant Managers

Exciting opportunity to build your hospitality career

Rotating roster encompassing days, nights and weekends

Negotiable Salary plus Super depending on experience and ability

Casual and Full Time Positions available

Qualifications & experience

  • Must have Current NSW- RSA and RCG
  • Must be Honest, Reliable and Hard Working
  • Must have Minimum 2 years hospitality experience
  • A strong commitment to customer service and enjoy working with the public
  • Ability to supervise and direct staff
  • Enthusiastic, Friendly and outgoing

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Opening and Closing Procedures of the Hotel.
  • Cash handling, reconciliation and admin.
  • Supervising Bar and Bistro staff and Security
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints when required.
  • Assisting in running Entertainment and Promotions
  • This is a full time salaried position
  • Casual Management Role also available
