About the Role

Reporting to the Group Administration & Finance Manager, the Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting daily finance, customer service, and administrative operations. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping the office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Finance Support


• Daily processing of Creditor Invoices


• Setup new creditors and debtors


• Creditor Payment Runs


• End-of-month debtor processing


• Follow-up on debtor accounts and escalating issues where required


• Payroll administration support, including timesheet management and leave documentation


• Assist with Timesheet


• Assisting with Machinery Finance Settlements

Customer Service


• Greeting customers in person and over the phone


• Providing a high level of customer care and service excellence


• Managing customer enquiries and ensuring accurate message distribution

General Administration


• Maintaining office amenities, stationery, staff facilities and shared spaces


• Coordinating postage, couriers and office supplies


• Updating databases, customer records and internal systems


• Supporting team members with day-to-day administrative duties


• Any other duties that may be required

Work Health & Safety


• Complying with WHS policies, procedures and statutory requirements


• Reporting incidents and participating in ongoing training

Essential:


• Office administration experience


• Basic bookkeeping or financial administration skills

• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and CRM/financial systems
