The Role:

We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to support our existing office team members. This part-time role (initially 20-25 hours/week, flexible hours) will focus on streamlining our admin processes and ensuring seamless job closures and client invoicing. As we grow, there's strong potential for this to evolve into full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and retrieve data from field staff reports to close jobs accurately and generate client invoices.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations and chasing outstanding invoice payments.
  • Identify and implement ongoing improvements to admin workflows for efficiency.
  • General office support, such as data entry, filing, and client communication.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, with basic bookkeeping knowledge (e.g., reconciliations, invoicing).
  • Familiarity with job management software like AroFlo is a big plus, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset for process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with field staff and clients.
  • Right to work in Australia;
  • Knowledge of the trade and general construction industry experience is proffered but not essential
