Join Us as an Administration Officer – Provide Essential Support to Allied Health Services
Are you organised, professional, and passionate about supporting healthcare teams? We're seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to join Country Health Connect within the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN). In this important role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Allied Health departments, providing vital administrative and secretarial support that keeps services running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver confidential, efficient, and effective administrative and secretarial support.
- Act as the key contact point for the Allied Health departments, assisting Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics, and Physiotherapy Clinical Seniors with unit-specific tasks.
- Support day-to-day operations by liaising with internal staff, other government agencies, and the public.
- Maintain professional service standards, ensuring the smooth coordination of administrative processes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in delivering confidential, efficient, and effective administrative services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with staff, patients, and the public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the use of office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
