An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Coordinator Legal Services, to assist the Legal Services team to provide quality legal services to Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

Prepare drafts of advice, agreements, witness statements, correspondence, and other documents under the direction and guidance of the Service's lawyers.

Administratively support Legal Counsel to manage the Health Service's legal claims and litigation caseload, working with the Health Service's insurer and their appointed lawyers to ensure that requests for information are responded to, key dates are diarised and monitored, disclosure requirements are complied with, and other tasks involved in the proper management of these claims are attended to in a timely and accurate manner.

Maintain precedents and template library.

Remuneration value up to $114,177 p.a., comprising salary between $ $ p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4).
