Our client is one of Australia's largest privately-owned forklift and access equipment companies. Due to employee career progression, we are looking for a new Service Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative team You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to sustain and promote outstanding customer relationships offering a range of services in addition to scheduling Forklift and Equipment for the routine service. **About You**: - Good written and oral communication skills - Certificate II and III Business Administration advantageous - Ability to work with mínimal supervision - Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills - General office and Interpersonal skills - Attention to detail - Professional presentation and telephone manner **Duties will include, but not limited to**: - Maintain a customer rapport via on-going/regular communication with external customers - Planning and organising road service to ensure maximum calling on customer base - Investigate equipment issues at customer's sites and recommending solutions in consultation with Service Controller and Service Manager - Process customer complaints through to completion ensuring follow up and feedback to the customer on a satisfactory outcome - Supply equipment details on "Quote Request" form for service department - Working with the Service Controller Coordinate technician's schedule to perform daily retail servicing - Liaise with subcontractors and Spare Parts Suppliers - Organise and delegate hire & retail servicing on a daily basis - Follow up Quotations For Customer Repairs If you believe you are a strong fit for this role, please
