ABOUT THE ROLE

Don't want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Bibra Lake, 6163 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. You will mostly be working in the vehicles warehouse and will work closely with your team to:

• Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
• Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
• High attention to detail
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
