IP Recruitment have immediate starting positions for experienced Roller Operators to work with one of our road resurfacing clients. These positions are all regional works and will see you working away in the Pilbara, Goldfields, Wheatbelt or down south. You must be ale to work away for up to 2-3 weeks at a time. These positions will commence this week and is expected to run through until at least May 2026. To be considered for these roles all applicants will need to meet the following as a minimum;

  • Hold a current Australian HR license or higher
  • Have a national roller certificate
  • Have previous experience on steel drum and multi tyred rollers
  • Be able to work long hours and capable of working away
  • Be able to pass regular drug and alcohol testing
  • Must be Perth based

Whilst working away accommodation will be supplied as well as a $165.00 a day living away from home allowance. People who have previous spray seal experience will be highly regarded.
