Operations Supervisor

Responsible for overseeing all site operations including receiving, processing, preservation, and distribution of quality finished vehicles. Ensures service levels are met for major automotive brands, supporting both current and future needs of OEM customers through efficient coordination and delivery of related services.

What you'll do

  • Provide structured administrative support to compound operations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile and distribute reports including dispatch schedules, vendor payments, ZAN tracking, and fuel updates.
  • Manage procurement for operational and office supplies, including purchase order processing.
  • Coordinate site maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organise internal catering and amenities for daily use and corporate events.
  • Support billing and invoicing processes, including SAP reconciliation and compliance with financial controls.

About you

  • Proven ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments, with a passion for excellence and experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Computer literacy and experience with ERP systems; high attention to detail and time management.
  • Full driver's licence required; automotive, retail network, or supply chain experience highly valued.
