Location: Zion Home Care, Gympie, QLD

Employment Type: Full Time - 6 Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Salary: $33 Hour + Super + Salary Packaging Benefits

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting older individuals to live independently in their own homes, enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life through compassionate service and efficient administration.

About You

You're a warm and organised professional who shares our values of empowerment, kindness, innovation, and integrity. You bring:

  • Strong customer service and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

About the Role

As an Administration Assistant at Zion Home Care, you will:

  • Support the Home Care Manager with prompt and accurate responses to service requests
  • Triage inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks including filing, archiving, document preparation, mail distribution, and contractor database updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with home care requirements
  • Perform other duties as reasonably directed
