About the role

Join the team at Plus Fitness Market St, Sydney as our new Club Manager As Club Manager, you will drive club profitability, enhance member experiences, and grow our membership base. You'll be the friendly face of the club, a trusted support for members, and an inspiring leader for your team. You'll build genuine connections with members, encourage them on their fitness journeys, and work collaboratively to uphold Plus Fitness values and standards.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or management (fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting goals and developing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to effectively manage and engage with social media platforms.
  • A passion for health and fitness with a genuine interest in fostering a healthy, inclusive community.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Police Check, and Working with Children Certification (or willingness to obtain).
